Yes. Adding kids, missions, approvals, the reward store, routine packs and Competition are all free, with no limit on the number of kids. Family Premium is only needed for Family Sync, which links each kid’s own iPhone or iPad.

Install Tuvlo on both devices. On the parent device, open the device-link option and follow the steps to pair nearby or share through iCloud. Each device needs to be signed in to iCloud. Family Sync requires Family Premium.

Check that both devices are online and signed in to iCloud. Open Tuvlo on both devices and give it a moment. Tuvlo keeps unsent changes and retries automatically, so nothing is lost while a device is offline.

Email us at support@tuvlo.app and tell us which device you’re using. Please don’t include the PIN or other sensitive details in your message.

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Family Premium, open Tuvlo, open the Family Premium screen and tap Restore purchases.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Tuvlo and tap Cancel. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

In Tuvlo, go to Account → Delete all family data. This removes kids, missions, rewards, photos, the PIN and related settings from the device. If Family Sync is on, deletions also sync to your linked devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
