TuvloThese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tuvlo, provided by Skymesh LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Tuvlo helps families track routines, missions, rewards, and related progress. Parent Mode and Kid Mode are features of one app. Core features work without a paid subscription. Optional Family Premium features are offered for purchase.
2. Accounts and devices
Tuvlo can work entirely on one device. If you enable Family Sync, you agree to use Apple iCloud under Apple’s terms and to link only devices you are authorized to manage. Device link codes are for your household and should not be shared publicly.
3. Parental responsibility
You represent that you are a parent or guardian (or otherwise have authority) for any child profiles you create. You are responsible for PIN protection, approvals, the rewards you grant, and the content (including photos) you add.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt Sync, reverse engineer it in violation of law, or use Tuvlo to harm or shame a child. Competition and sharing features should stay within your family or a circle that has agreed to take part.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Premium purchases are billed by Apple. Pricing, free trials, renewal, and cancellation follow Apple’s App Store rules and your Apple ID subscription settings. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free features remain available without Premium unless we clearly announce a change to the free tier.
6. Intellectual property
Tuvlo, its branding, and its original content are owned by Skymesh LLC or its licensors. You keep the rights to the family content you create (names, photos, missions), subject to these Terms and the license needed to operate the app on your devices and iCloud.
7. Disclaimers
Tuvlo is provided “as is.” It is a family organization tool, not medical, educational, or financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Sync or particular results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skymesh LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limits apply only as far as allowed.
9. Termination
You may stop using Tuvlo at any time by deleting the app and its data. We may stop offering the app or Premium features with reasonable notice where required.
